Splattenridden is a mixed farm, we have a herd of 330 Friesian cross cows on a highly grass-based diet for dairy. We also grow a variety of seasonal field vegetables, including asparagus, courgettes, cauliflowers, pumpkins, barley, and potatoes for Burts Crisps. We also grow red clover grass swards and fodder beet which we use to feed our cows over the winter months.
We are now very pleased to be able to announce that we are now an official supplier to Burts Crisps. We’ve been pulling spuds for a couple of weeks now and have already had our very own potatoes sent back to us in the form of Spicey Sweet Chilli Crisps.
